Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter fresher to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our clients across industries. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely closures and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster), social media, and internal platforms Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases Screen and shortlist resumes based on specific criteria,skills,qualifications, and experience Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients Understand client job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer closure Support onboarding processes document collection,orientation scheduling, induction programs Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintain recruitment reports Negotiate salary and other terms & conditions with selected candidates , Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
